Please read these terms carefully before using Qravio.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and TODO: Company Legal Name Pvt. Ltd. ("Qravio", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Qravio platform available at qravio.com and any associated mobile or desktop applications (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (where applicable). By using the Service, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts specified in Section 13.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
You may invite other users to your workspace with Owner, Editor, or Viewer roles. You are responsible for the conduct of all members you add to your workspace and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.
Qravio offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a monthly or annual cycle. Current pricing is available at qravio.com/pricing. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file via Razorpay for the applicable renewal fee.
All prices displayed are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate. Invoices will reflect the GST component. If you are a GST-registered business and require a tax invoice with your GSTIN, email TODO: billing@qravio.com.
Each plan has associated limits on QR codes, scans per month, team members, and storage. If you exceed a limit, the Service may throttle or pause affected features until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to use the Service, or allow it to be used, in any way that:
We actively scan QR code destinations for malicious content. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"), including QR code data, destination URLs, uploaded files, and page designs. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in your User Content to us.
By using the Service, you grant Qravio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, transmit, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account (subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the destinations to which your QR codes point. Qravio acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party content accessed via your QR codes.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, QR templates, and documentation, is owned by TODO: Company Legal Name Pvt. Ltd. and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
"Qravio" and associated logos are trademarks of TODO: Company Legal Name Pvt. Ltd.. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
For dynamic QR codes, the short-code embedded in the printed QR image is the permanent identifier. We commit to preserving short-code resolution for as long as your subscription remains active and for a minimum of 90 days after subscription lapse.
We reserve the right to reclaim short-codes after the 90-day grace period following account deletion or subscription cancellation. We are not responsible for broken QR codes that result from account deletion, short-code expiry, or changes to your destination URLs.
Static QR codes encode the destination directly and are not affected by account status.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis:
Downtime caused by third-party services (Supabase, Cloudflare, Razorpay, etc.), force majeure events, or actions by you or your team members is excluded from any uptime commitment.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
For less severe violations, we may issue a warning and request remediation before suspension.
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your paid plan continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free tier. If you choose to fully delete your account, your data will be retained for 90 days (to allow recovery) and then permanently deleted.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. Dynamic QR codes associated with your account will stop redirecting after the 90-day grace period. You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TODO: Company Legal Name Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of TODO: City, India.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at TODO: support@qravio.com so we may attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be TODO: City, India. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice of material changes via email to your registered address and by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account before the effective date.
