Refund Policy

Clear, fair, and no surprises.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on qravio.com and governs your rights regarding refunds and cancellations. All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited and are subject to their payment terms in addition to ours.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. For billing questions, reach us at TODO: billing@qravio.com.

1. Free Trial and Free Plan

Qravio offers a free plan with no time limit and no credit card required. The free plan serves as your trial — you can explore the QR builder, analytics, and team features before deciding to upgrade.

Because there is no mandatory trial period on a paid plan, no charge is ever made until you explicitly choose to upgrade. There is nothing to refund if you never upgrade.

2. Monthly Plan Refunds

The 7-day window begins at the timestamp of the first successful charge. Refunds for monthly plans are only available once per customer. Repeated sign-ups to claim multiple first-purchase refunds will be treated as abuse and the account may be suspended.

Pro-rated calculation example: If you purchase an annual plan for ₹9,999 and request a refund on day 20 (6 days into the pro-rated window), you have used roughly 1 full month. The refund would be ₹9,999 × (11 unused months / 12) ≈ ₹9,166. Exact calculation uses the number of complete months remaining at the time of the refund request.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email TODO: billing@qravio.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]".
  2. Include your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID (found in the payment confirmation email or your billing dashboard under Settings → Billing).
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (this helps us improve — it is not a prerequisite for approval).

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Razorpay then takes an additional 5–7 business days to credit the amount to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase:

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one originally used. If your original payment method is no longer available (e.g. expired card), contact us and we will work with Razorpay to find a resolution.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan within the Qravio dashboard.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us at TODO: billing@qravio.com before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly without going through a formal dispute process.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to recover any funds that were legitimately charged under this policy. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For active subscribers, material changes will also be communicated by email at least 15 days before taking effect. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
